Legal Internship Opportunity
In order to support growth and development, we are currently seeking a Legal Intern who could actively contribute to our Finance department on legal matters, from commercial contracting activities to HR related topics. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and gain exposure to real-life experience in a fast-paced finance environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Perform thorough risk analysis of contracts with third parties (clients, contractors, suppliers) and provide relevant inputs to decision makers and business owners to support them in their negotiations.
* Assess existing procedures and their application with regards to business-related legal requirements such as GDPR, anti-corruption law, health and safety regulations, and anti-fraud programs within the different legal entities in various countries.
* Make recommendations to management to ensure compliance with all legal requirements and take a proactive part in the implementation of corrective measures when required.
* Support the HR Administration department in the application of labour law in different countries.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal control through the set-up of reliable and up-to-date legal process documentation.
Desired Skills and Experience:
* Gap Year or M2 Business School Student with a Bachelor's degree in Law and specialization in Corporate Law.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Team spirit and autonomy.
* Creativity and proactivity.
* Good computer skills: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Fluent in English; French is also valuable.
