Job description
Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, is looking for a motivated Data & AI Project Manager to contribute to the development of a strong data-driven strategy for our client in the health insurance sector.
Role & Responsibilities
Project management & delivery
- Identify and propose Data & AI project opportunities aligned with business strategy
- Build business cases highlighting value and return on investment
- Define and prioritize a portfolio of Data & AI initiatives with stakeholders
- Lead projects end-to-end: from design to deployment
- Manage planning, budget, resources, and timelines in an Agile environment
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between business and technical stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and communicate results to stakeholders
- Support internal teams in adopting and promoting Data & AI solutions
Performance & data-driven insights
- Define KPIs and success metrics from project initiation
- Design dashboards and reporting to measure performance and impact
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
- Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations
- Monitor user adoption and continuously improve project outcomes
Data culture & innovation
- Promote a data-driven and AI-oriented mindset across the organization
- Communicate project value and impact internally
- Stay up to date on Data & AI trends, particularly in customer experience and marketing use cases (personalization, predictive marketing, GenAI, campaign optimization)
- Provide recommendations based on market and technology developments
Qualifications
Knowledge and skills
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in data-driven project management
- Strong data analysis and performance tracking skills
- Good understanding of AI technologies, including generative AI tools
- Experience with marketing-oriented use cases (customer engagement, Next Best Offer, personalization, campaign optimization)
- Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodology
- Strong ability to translate business needs into data solutions
- Excellent communication skills with both business and technical audiences
- Ability to manage stakeholders and drive change in complex environments
- Fluent in English; French required; Dutch is a plus
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
