To strengthen our commercial activities across Europe and the Middle East, we are looking for a Marketing Manager / Marketeer who is eager to learn, contribute, and make an impact in a dynamic and supportive environment. This role is based in Gembloux or Brussels. Key Roles & Responsibilities Marketing Planning & Execution Support the development and execution of the annual marketing plan Translate marketing strategy into concrete, actionable initiatives Execute marketing activities aligned with commercial objectives in Europe and the Middle East Marketing Activation & Campaign Support Organize and coordinate participation in trade fairs and industry events Execute customer mailing and lead-nurturing campaigns Manage and update the company website and social media channels Support product launches in collaboration with sales and product teams Plan and coordinate customer and partner events Market & Sales Enablement Support Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities Develop and update sales presentations and marketing materials Support sales teams with relevant content and tools Share market feedback and customer insights with the product owner and internal stakeholders Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with sales, product, and management teams Coordinate with external suppliers and partners when needed Contribute ideas to improve marketing processes, visibility, and effectiveness Actively participate in a collaborative, people-first company culture Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 5-10 years of experience in a marketing role (B2B experience) Interest in technology, SaaS, or hardware/software solutions Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels (email, website, social media) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously Analytical mindset with curiosity for market trends and customer needs Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude Professional proficiency in English and French; other languages are a plus Apply If you are motivated to grow your marketing skills and contribute to an innovative and fast-evolving company, we would love to hear from you
