IT Videoconference Support Specialist
Brussels (Onsite, European Institution)
Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for videoconferencing technology and high-profile event support? We are looking for an IT Videoconference Support Specialist to join our team in Brussels, working onsite for a prestigious European institution.
Key Responsibilities
* Configure, test, and administer videoconferencing environments and related IT equipment.
* Provide support for staff requests, including meeting setup and live assistance (Webex, MS Teams).
* Deliver technical support for events, webinars, and large-scale videoconferencing requests.
* Act as the escalation point for videoconferencing issues and meeting room support.
* Document operational procedures and draft technical content for the internal knowledge base.
Profile & Qualifications
* 5+ years of relevant professional experience in IT support with a focus on videoconferencing.
* Strong familiarity with tools such as Webex, Cisco Jabber, MS Teams, Skype, Cisco Webmeeting, Interactio, Barco, Cisco VC systems, etc.
* Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken).
* Proficiency in MS Office and general end-user computer support.
* Broad IT skills and high autonomy in problem-solving.
* Knowledge of Linux and Windows environments.
* ITIL V4 Foundation Certification – strongly preferred.
* Additional EU languages (especially German) considered an advantage.
