Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a Paralegal (m/f/x) for one of its clients active in the renewable energy sector (offshore wind).

Your role
As a Paralegal (m/f/x), you will join an international Legal team and play a key role in supporting corporate governance, legal operations and contract management across multiple jurisdictions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and business teams in a highly collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
Corporate housekeeping & governance
* Manage day-to-day corporate housekeeping for multiple legal entities
* Prepare and coordinate board and shareholder documentation
* Maintain statutory registers and organisational charts
* Monitor director mandates and corporate authorisations
* Support corporate transactions (incorporations, restructurings, governance implementation)
KYC & compliance
* Oversee KYC/UBO processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Coordinate legal formalities (registrations, filings, apostilles) with external advisors and notaries
Contract & NDA management
* Handle contract management processes, including administration and tracking
* Draft and review NDAs and standard terms & conditions
* Maintain and update contract databases and related documentation
Legal support
* Conduct legal and regulatory research
* Support internal stakeholders with corporate and transactional matters
* Contribute to process improvements and legal operations efficiency
Your profile
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (or equivalent experience)
* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (law firm, notary, or in-house)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent in French or Dutch, with a strong professional command of English
