We are seeking a proactive and motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our team. This role is critical in driving new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a professional and engaging experience while supporting the Senior Sales team in closing opportunities.
Daily Tasks
1. Start of Shift (8:00 AM ET):
o Log into GoHighLevel (GHL) and review daily tasks.
o Check inbound leads from website forms, ads, and referrals.
o Review calendar for scheduled follow-ups and confirmed appointments.
o Prepare with Worx1 call scripts, objection handling notes, and qualification criteria.
2. Morning Block – Outbound Calling Sprint:
o Execute outbound prospecting calls using lead lists and scripts.
o Apply cadence: call - voicemail - SMS/email follow-up.
o Qualify prospects (business type, headcount, pay schedule, provider, pain points, decision-maker, timeline).
o Log all interactions in GHL with detailed notes and next steps.
3. Inbound Lead Follow-Up:
o Respond to inbound leads within the same day (ideally within the first hour).
o Answer basic inquiries and confirm interest/fit.
o Move qualified leads to the appropriate pipeline stage in GHL.
4. Midday Check-in – Team Alignment:
o Join daily huddle with Sales team for updates and priorities.
o Escalate high-value or complex leads.
o Confirm availability for Senior Sales Rep discovery calls.
5. Afternoon Block – Follow-ups & Appointment Setting:
o Conduct scheduled follow-ups using GHL workflows.
o Continue outbound calls, focusing on Eastern and Central time zones.
o Book qualified prospects into Senior Sales Rep’s calendar.
o Send confirmations and reminders via GHL.
o Ensure clean notes and lead details are logged.
6. End of Shift – Reporting:
o Review daily metrics (calls, conversations, follow-ups, appointments booked).
o Clean up GHL records (lead stages, notes, next tasks).
o Send daily summary to Sales Manager/Senior Sales Rep.
