1. Oversee the process for each assignment and keep every step of the process on track
2. Proactively manage the team's efforts to ensure they are moving the assignment/project forward
3. Inform the team of any critical updates related to client expectations or candidate pipeline; adjust the project
4. plan accordingly and conduct triage
5. Schedule all business-related meetings, calls and interviews
6. Manage and own communication with clients and candidates .
7. Create, edit and format all client-facing documents (e.g. status memos, job specifications, business development proposals, etc.) to ensure all information is accurate
8. Maintain excellent relationships with firm members, clients, prospects and candidates to achieve highest levels of customer service.
9. Serve as the external liaison between the Consultant(s) and their clients and their extended team (e.g.Executive Assistants, Hiring Manager, Human Resources).
10. Manage the financial aspects of the billing process, including expense report processing, client invoicing and tracking receivables.
11. Update and maintain the integrity of the confidential data and proprietary database, involving data entry activity.
12. Support Consultant in their business development activities including planning, content creation, and tracking of outcomes.
13. Proactive problem solver
14. Dutch native speaker equivalent with excellent level of English
15. Strong proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
16. Skillful communicator who can develop clear messaging
17. Experimented candidate with minimum 5 years' experience in an Executive Assistant role
