As aProcess Engineer, you are responsible forimproving the overall efficiencyof the company. You will analyze processes, develop new tools, manage and participate in various projects. Process Engineer - The Role Implement and monitor projects in collaboration with cross-functional support and operations teams Analyze warehouse systems ( WMS, Pyramid, Beumer, Knapp, PKMS ) and create clear functional documentation Drive continuous improvement using industrial engineering and process optimization methods Develop and use dashboards and productivity tools to enhance daily operations Work closely with Data Analysts and IT to design and deploy new solutions Process Engineer - The Profile You have a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent; You haveat least 2 years' experience in an industrial and/or automated environment ; experience in a distribution and logistics center would be an asset; You haveexcellent analytical and problem-solving skills in terms of flows and processes (Warehouse Management); You are creative and enjoy developing new tools; You are familiar with WMS, ERP and Power BI systems; knowledge ofAutocad is an asset; You are able to work in English (minimum C1) and French (minimum B1-B2); You haveapositive attitude and a good team spirit.
