Key Responsibilities:

1.Distributor Management: Develop, maintain, and manage relationships with distributors within the assigned territory, ensuring achievement of agreed-upon sales targets and performance metrics.

2.Channel Development & Market Expansion: Strategically build, expand, and optimize the sales channel and distribution network within the designated city/region to maximize market penetration and share.

3.Marketing Resource Management: Oversee the allocation, deployment, and effective utilization of company-provided marketing materials, including promotional items (giveaways) and Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM), ensuring cost-efficiency and strategic impact.

4.Sales Execution & Operations: Drive the implementation of sales programs, systems, and policies. Manage key customer negotiations, customer relationship management (CRM), contracts, sales documentation, and oversee sales returns processes. Conduct regular field training for channel partners and internal team members.

5.Budget & Resource Optimization: Effectively manage and utilize allocated budgets and resources (e.g., trade marketing funds) to execute impactful channel and consumer marketing activities, promotions, and initiatives.

6.Team Leadership & Communication: Directly manage field personnel, ensuring clear communication of company goals, policies, and procedures. Foster accurate execution within the region, provide timely reporting on performance and market issues, and implement effective solutions.

7.Strategic Contribution: Perform other duties as assigned to support overall business objectives


Required Qualifications & Experience

1.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven sales management experience, specifically within the toy, stationery, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.

3.Channel Expertise: Deep understanding of dealer and distributor business models and operations, with a demonstrated ability to identify and leverage key drivers of success in the consumer market.

4.Commercial Acumen: Strong market analysis, strategic marketing, promotion planning, and execution skills. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

6.Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across all levels (internal, distributors, customers).

7.Personal Attributes: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused. Possesses strong resilience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates a proactive learning mindset, and exhibits the tenacity to overcome challenges. Strong team player committed to collective growth.
