We are looking for a Network Governance Quality Lead who is analytical, structured, and influence-driven to join our External & Clinical Supply Quality team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l’Alleud, Wallonia, Belgium .
About the role:
In this role, you will provide global Quality oversight for Network Governance across Patient Supply Third-Party partners, Inspection Readiness, and Regulatory Intelligence. You are going to ensure that our Third-Party lifecycle management, governance decisions, and inspection-related activities consistently meet UCB quality standards. You will contribute to risk-based oversight, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance while supporting key governance bodies and cross-functional teams.
Who you will work with:
You will collaborate with a wide network of stakeholders, including External Manufacturing teams, Clinical Supply Quality, Procurement, Supply Chain, Legal, and Regulatory Affairs. You will engage with global Quality Auditing and participate in governance committees connected to Third-Party selection, oversight, and phaseout. You will also work closely with the Network Governance Lead and partner teams to ensure Quality perspectives are integrated into all strategic and operational decisions.
What you will do :
You will lead Quality oversight for Network Governance and embed Quality across Third-Party lifecycle processes.
You will be own third-party quality management processes such as quality agreement, quality risk assessment.
You will be responsible for ensuring External & Clinical Supply Quality remains in continuous inspection readiness.
You will manage and coach the Inspection Readiness Quality Support function.
You will coordinate Regulatory Information Notifications and ensure timely SME evaluation and implementation.
You will define and monitor Quality KPIs, risk models, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
You will represent Quality in governance bodies and escalate risks impacting compliance or supply.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific or technical field.
Significant experience in GMP/GDP Quality Assurance with external manufacturing/Third-Party oversight.
Proven leadership in inspection readiness, audit coordination, and Quality Risk Management.
Proficiency with Veeva (Source Quality), SharePoint/Teams, and KPI/data integrity tools.
Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder networks.
Experience coaching and developing Quality professionals in a multicultural environment.
