Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced NetSuite Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in implementing, optimizing, and supporting NetSuite ERP solutions tailored to meet the business needs of our clients. This position requires a strong understanding of NetSuite capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. NetSuite Implementation and Configuration:
o Lead and manage end-to-end NetSuite implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
o Customize NetSuite workflows, scripts, dashboards, and reports to meet specific client requirements.
2. Client Engagement and Support:
o Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, objectives, and pain points.
o Provide ongoing support and training to users, ensuring effective adoption of the NetSuite platform.
3. System Optimization and Enhancements:
o Identify opportunities to enhance NetSuite functionality to improve operational efficiency.
o Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
4. Integration and Data Management:
o Integrate NetSuite with other business systems and third-party applications.
o Oversee data migration, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
5. Documentation and Compliance:
o Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional requirements, technical specifications, and user guides.
o Ensure all solutions adhere to compliance standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Accounting, or related field.
* Experience:
o Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working as a NetSuite Consultant, Administrator, or in a similar ERP-focused role.
o Proven experience in NetSuite implementations, customizations, and integrations.
* Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
o Knowledge of database management and integration tools (e.g., RESTlets, SOAP, Celigo, Dell Boomi).
o Strong understanding of financial modules, supply chain, CRM, and other NetSuite modules.
* Soft Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
o Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
* NetSuite Certification(s) such as SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or ERP Consultant.
* Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or services is a plus.
* Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
