A diploma in a technical field
Technical insight and problem-solving ability
Several years of experience in a maintenance or technical support role, ideally within a production or industrial environment
Strong technical knowledge, with expertise in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, department heads, and external suppliers
The ability to work independently as well as in cooperation with other departments and teams
Willingness to work in a 6-shift system (see below)

Technicians in Utilities:
Work in a fixed day shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Technicians in Production:
Once the production starts, you will work in a 6-shift system, taking into account your biorhythm and family life (see below).
You will also receive a shift allowance that varies between 5% and 35% depending on the shift.
2 out of 6 weeks in day shifts
4 out of 6 weekends off
Example: 6-shift work schedule:
W1: Mon to Fri: 8 AM – 4 PM | Weekend off
W2: Mon to Fri: 8 AM – 4 PM | Weekend off
W3: Mon to Fri: 12 AM – 8 AM | Weekend off
W4: Mon to Wed: 4 PM – 12 AM | Thu & Fri: off | Sat & Sun: 8 PM – 8 AM
W5: Mon to Fri: off | Sat & Sun: 8 AM – 8 PM
W6: Mon to Wed: off | Thu & Fri: 4 PM – 12 AM | Sat & Sun: off
