Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for new and existing software solutions.
Align development efforts with business strategies and objectives.
(Co-)Design, develop, test, and deploy internal applications using modern programming languages and technologies.
Monitor, maintain, and improve existing applications for performance, security, and scalability.
Share knowledge, contribute to team development, and help refine workflows.
Work closely with IT, business departments, and leadership to achieve common goals.
Co-create technical and user documentation and provide training on internal tools.
Proficiency in SQL and RPG ILE (Free), including Embedded SQL
Experience with IBM Rational Developer and IBM Data Studio
ARCAD or other software change management systems
