As a Customer Service professional, your responsibilities are:
* Process customer purchase orders in line with customer logistics and shipping requirements.
* Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and order-related issues.
* Manage and track customer cases in Salesforce.
* Resolve logistics and delivery issues in collaboration with logistics, warehouse, and internal teams.
* Participate in daily team meetings and support the resolution of escalated customer concerns.
* Ensure effective team backup coverage and knowledge sharing.
* Complete required training and contribute to a positive, KPI-driven team environment..
A successful Customer Service professional should have:
Qualifications:
* Customer service or order management experience.
* Fluent in French and English, additional language skills are a plus.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Experience with Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM systems preferred.

* Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
