As Senior Legal Counsel, you are responsible for providing strategic legal advice to Group management, ensuring the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and managing the organization's legal affairs.

You monitor legal and regulatory developments in all areas of law of interest to the Group, and draw up opinions, procedures and recommendations for the departments concerned.
You draft, review and participate in the negotiation of company contracts such as commercial agreements, licensing agreements, distribution agreements, financing agreements, supply agreements, etc. You actively support the sales department in developing business.
You are responsible for corporate housekeeping, drafting, reviewing, negotiating and implementing any M&A transactions/agreements (capital increases, restructurings, mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, etc.).
You collaborate on the implementation of an IP legal strategy to protect the Group's intellectual property rights, and develop tools (including training) in line with this strategy.
You develop and maintain adequate databases/records of the Group's commercial contracts and train the sales teams on their roles and responsibilities in this context.
You actively participate in the Group's international deployment by protecting its interests, in compliance with national and international legislation and agreements (structuring of legal agreements, due diligence, structuring and integration of local entities).
You have a Master's degree in Law.
You have experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices or a related field (IP, IT, biotechnology, etc.).
You have an excellent level of French and English.
You have solid experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including IP aspects.
You are a team player with good interpersonal skills.
