As the business grows, the surface area of what matters is growing with it, and we are looking to add a second PM at our operational headquarters in Brussels to work alongside the VP Product based in Lyon.The role covers the full breadth of product evolution: customer requests, operational improvements, internal tooling and improvements of our workflows with suppliers. Some work will originate from customers using our services daily. Some will come from internal stakeholders and business owners through our Project Management Office, which helps structure and prioritise business needs across the organisation. The scope is broad, the organisation is still taking shape, and the right solution might mean working with engineers, redesigning a process with business teams, or building something yourself.What you will work oniPify's existing products and platform - EP validations, translations, renewals - and the internal systems and workflows that support them.Our services protect legal rights worth millions. You understand APIs, data models, and how data transforms as it moves through complex multi-stage processes. You can discuss system design with engineers, reason about data accuracy and integrity, and get your hands dirty when needed - whether that means scripting an analysis, or prototyping a tool. You use AI daily - not as a buzzword but as a tool to move faster.We expect qualified candidates to have around 4 to 6 years of experience in product, engineering, business analysis, or a similar role.You will not need prior IP knowledge.
