If you are looking for a technical, varied position, than read on quickly. J-Tec is hiring and looking for a Customer Care Project Officer to complete the after-sales team.
You will be the go-to person for advice and will be responsible for the coordination, planning and organization of interventions, maintenance and general technical support for clients. The necessary inspections of existing installations are organized by you in a proactive manner. You will help with the selection of the right critical components (ex. Spare parts).
Together with your colleagues you will offer a complete after-sales service and take care of the administrative follow-up.
Your profile
1. You know how to keep an overview at all times and possess strong organizational skills.
2. You have broad technical interests, both practical and theoretical, with a general interest in process engineering
3. You possess a higher technical degree (Bachelor or Master) or equal by relevant experience.
4. You can work independently and act at the same time as a team player.
5. Because of your commercial mindset, you understand the needs and expectations of your customer and behave like a partner.
6. Relevant process knowledge/experience is an asset.
7. You have good communication skills and speak fluently Dutch and English. Knowledge of French or German are an asset.
