We are currently looking for a Business Analyst for one of the leading banks in Belgium.

Your Role as a Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst in the Testudo Squad, you will:
* Maintain and improve data models to meet business requirements.
* Analyze and profile data to support users and enhance database functionality.
* Define and document data transformation rules to align with technical needs.
* Collaborate with developers, ensure proper implementation, and test solutions.
* Monitor data quality and provide second/third-line support to end-users.
* Support risk reporting, credit monitoring, and regulatory requirements.
Profile
* Education:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in IT, Mathematics, or Economics).
* Languages:
* Fluent in English (writing, speaking, and comprehension).
* Good level of Dutch or French (speaking and comprehension).
* Experience:
* At least 2 years in business analysis or functional analysis.
* Experience in SQL and working with Agile squads.
* Previous work in large-scale IT development or data-centric projects.
* Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience with Oracle, Sybase IQ, or Informatica ETL is a plus.
* Basic programming knowledge and familiarity with Linux environments.
* Soft Skills:
* Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Effective communicator with good teamwork and leadership skills.
* Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing deadlines.
