YOUR POSITION
We’re looking for a motivated intern to support day to day missions of the Key Account Managers in BENELUX.
This cross-functional offer is an ideal first step to sales environment and to the Perfume & Cosmetics Luxury industry.

Job responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities will be to:
- SUPPORT THE TEAM IN DEVELOPPING AN ACCURATE UNDERSTANDING OF THE MARKET
1. Responsible for tracking main competitors Trade activities at POS and Digital
2. Update & Optimize follow-up files
3. Analyze and Compare market activations
4. Liaise with retail teams to ensure information coherency
5. Follow up of the Parfums Christian Dior image guidelines
- SUPPORT KAM IN DEVELOPPING THE DIOR LOYALTY PROGRAMS TO RETAILER
6. Liaise with Training Teams to collect subscription & participation data
7. Update & optimize follow-up files
8. Communicate results to retail teams
9. Develop communication supports to retail teams and POS
10. Ensure coherency between BELUX & NL programs
- UPDATE OPERATIONAL REPORTS AND PRESENTATIONS
11. POS performances per category
12. E-retail performances
13. European retailer files
14. Follow up of BENELUX Trade results
- MONITORING MONTHLY SELLING TOOLS TO BE SENT TO PERFUMERIES
15. Liaise with all marketing departments to extract monthly required data (Samples and GWP- gift with purchase)
16. Update files with monthly / trade related information
17. Send and get file approved by Supply Chain department
18. Inform KAM about follow-up
Profile
The Ideal Candidate:
19. Student in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics
20. First experience in buying, marketing or retail
21. Excel & Power Point expert is mandatory
22. Demonstrated outstanding academic performance and an aptitude for analytics
23. Attraction for figures and analysis
24. Can multitask and is able to meet deadlines
25. Is well organized & rigorous
26. Can work independently
27. Ability to ‘Think outside the Box’, bring new ideas
28. Can work in a fast-paced environment & understand complex matters
29. Fluent in French & English - Knowledge of Dutch is an asset
