Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Brussels Metropolitan Area for a Customer Service Specialist. The role involves delivering exceptional customer support by responding to inquiries, handling bookings, resolving customer issues, and providing an outstanding customer experience. The specialist will maintain effective phone and email communication, ensure client satisfaction, and collaborate with various teams to facilitate smooth operations and deliver solutions promptly.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience
Strong knowledge of Customer Satisfaction and the ability to deliver top-notch service
Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
Experience within the cargo, logistics, or freight industry is a plus
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
