About the Role
We are currently seeking a motivated Business Analyst & Power Platform Developer to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will bridge business needs and technical solutions, delivering scalable data, reporting, and automation solutions.
You will work closely with stakeholders across operations, planning, and finance, leveraging SAP ECC data, data lake structures, and Microsoft Power Platform to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management
* Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders
* Translate business needs into functional & technical specifications
* Manage backlog in Agile environment (user stories, prioritization)
* Act as the key interface between business and technical teams
Power Platform Development (Hands-on)
* Design & develop Power BI dashboards (DAX, data modeling, KPIs)
* Build Power Apps for business processes
* Develop Power Automate workflows (alerts, integrations)
* Deliver end-to-end solutions from analysis to deployment
Data Management & Transformation
* Work with SAP ECC data and data lake environments
* Define and implement data transformations (Silver/Gold layers)
* Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability
* Collaborate with data engineering teams
Process Optimization
* Maintain and optimize Excel/VBA solutions
* Reduce manual processes and legacy dependencies
Continuous Improvement
* Apply Agile methodologies for fast, iterative delivery
* Identify automation and reporting opportunities
* Leverage Generative AI tools for development efficiency
Documentation & User Adoption

Preferred Qualifications
* Strong experience in business analysis & stakeholder management
* Hands-on expertise in:
* Power BI (advanced DAX, data modeling)
* Power Apps
* Power Automate
* Solid understanding of SAP ECC data
* Good knowledge of SQL & data transformation
* Advanced Excel & VBA
* Experience with data lakes (Bronze/Silver/Gold) is a plus
* Agile mindset with strong communication skills
* Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach
