To drive that agenda, we're hiring a Head of IT & Digital Transformation — someone who can think strategically and get their hands dirty. Every single day. This role exists to make that belief a reality: from building IT governance from scratch to deploying AI where it creates real operational impact. What you'll do Design and execute the Digital First strategy across the entire group Lead the group-wide ERP implementation (Odoo) and harmonise processes across entities Identify and deploy AI and automation opportunities that deliver tangible business results — not proof-of-concepts, but real impact Build IT governance, cybersecurity policies and a digital roadmap from scratch Modernise the digital workplace (Microsoft 365, cloud, collaboration tools) Manage IT vendor relationships and negotiate contracts Be the bridge between technology and business — translating complex topics into clear, actionable language for leadership and operational teams This is a hands-on role. You won't be managing a large IT department from behind a desk. You'll be configuring systems, troubleshooting issues, running workshops with operational teams, and building alongside external partners.
