About the program
This is a structured development program designed to kickstart your career and allow you to grow both personally and professionally, while making an impact in the organization.
The Graduate Development Program is a 2-year rotational program consisting of 2 rotations of 12 months across 2 disciplines in the Insights to Impact Analytics for Midmarket team. Through this program, you will gain practical, hands-on experience that will allow you to build a strong foundation to pursue a career in Business analytics while expanding your understanding of a global business.
You will evolve in a dynamic, cross-functional environment where collaboration is key. You'll work closely with the EU Data & Reporting team and the Insights to Impact (I2I) organization, contributing to strategic discussions on performance metrics, resource allocation, and data-driven decision-making. You'll also engage with local Patient Impact teams, supporting Go-to-Market strategies for multiple products in the UCB pipeline. This role will expose you to a diverse set of stakeholders and give you visibility into how data and insights shape commercial and operational excellence across the organization.
By the end of the program, you'll have a well-rounded understanding of data-driven decision-making in a global biopharma context.
Year 1: Data Strategy & Data Literacy
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to two workstreams:
o Data Strategy: Build foundational knowledge of performance metrics and source data by automating data collection, extraction, and quality assessment across the franchise.
o Data Literacy: Create reusable data and reporting training materials for ERSO & RDO teams to support upskilling and knowledge sharing.
* Service communication channel:
o Develop and pilot a data and reporting service communication channel for all end-users in the Patient Impact teams.
o Enable clear and timely communication of service levels, issues, training opportunities, and new feature rollouts.
Year 2: Financial Analysis & Forecasting Data Automation
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales data & financial Planning:
* Develop solid knowledge of sales data to provide input into financial analysis and planning processes.
* Deliver automated solutions and contribute to efficient, regular data collection for multiple stakeholders.
1. Data access enablement:
o Drive an initiative to enable data access as a separate workstream from reporting, targeting digital/data-driven audiences within the Patient Impact teams.

* Recently graduated in: Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Business Engineering, or a related discipline
* Less than 2 years' relevant work experience
* Fluent in English
* Proactive and hands-on, eager to take initiative and solve problems
* Thrive in collaborative settings, and value teamwork and shared success
* Resilient and adaptable, comfortable navigating change and ambiguity
* Strong learning mindset, open to growing independently and through others
* Committed to making a meaningful impact, especially in healthcare and patient outcomes
Practical information
* Start date: we are looking for graduates able to start full-time from 01/2026. Flexibility can be considered based on the candidates' availability.
