Pyxis Belgium is hiring passionate Scrum Masters to guide agile teams towards the success of their projects. As a facilitator, you will contribute to establishing a collaborative dynamic and maximizing the value delivered to end-users.
Your tasks:
* Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, review, retrospective).
* Support teams in adopting Scrum practices and in continuous improvement.
* Work closely with the Product Owners and stakeholders.
* Resolve bottlenecks to ensure the delivery of quality increments
Profile sought:
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
* Excellent command of agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban.
* Experience in coaching non-agile teams towards agile methodologies.
* Coaching and communication skills.
* Bilingual French/English or Dutch/English.
