The CSR acts as a key interface between customers, sales teams, logistics, and other internal departments, contributing to customer satisfaction and business continuity in a regulated medical device environment.Key Responsibilities:Customer orders managementProcess customer orders accurately and efficiently in the ERP systemProcess material reservation (implants & instruments) for surgeries planned in hospitalsInvoice hospitals according to procedureCoordinate deliveries to and returns from hospitals with logistics teamCommunication with customers, sales teamBe the primary point of contact for customers and sales team members for inquiries related to orders, deliveries, prices and reimbursement data (RIZIV – INAMI), quotations and others.Be point of contact for transporters.Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional way and report the issue to the sales representative or any other involved department.Communication (email, phone) with Sales Representative and/or Clinical Support representative regarding possible delivery issues (e.G. missing items) for a specific surgery.Follow-up back-orders and inform Sales Team.CRMMaintain accurate customer records and master data.Qualifications & Experience:Essential:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in customer service, administration, or logistics, preferably in healthcare sector.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Fluent in Dutch and FrenchDesirable:Experience with ERP system is an added valueExperience in a similar function in the healthcare or medical device industryFluent in EnglishKey Competencies:Accuracy and attention to detailWell-organized, be a good planner and keep overviewProblem-solving mindedCustomer oriented, helpfulAbility to perform under pressureCollegialBenefits:Competitive salaryHospitalisation insurance and pension schemeOpportunities for professional development with supportive working environmentEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYEnovis provides equal employment opportunities based on merit, experience, and other work-related criteria without regard to race, color, ethnicity, religion, national origin, sex, age, pregnancy, disability, veteran status, or any other status protected by applicable law.
