In a context of transformation (new ERP, financial structuring, continuous growth), they are looking for an experienced Financial & Business Controller to develop the Business Controlling function and support their strategic evolution. Ensure the reliability and integrity of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles (annual, quarterly, long-term). Conduct P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analyses, and explain variances vs. budget. Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs (dashboards, reporting, BI). Act as a strategic partner for departments (Sales, Product, Marketing, IT, Operations). Contribute to business cases, pricing strategies, and product profitability analyses. Participate in the ERP migration (Odoo) and improvement of financial processes. Degree in Finance, Management, or equivalent. Proven experience in controlling/FP&A, with exposure to business controlling. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/financial modeling, and good accounting knowledge. Languages: fluent English required + French or Dutch. Proactive, business-oriented mindset, able to simplify financial data and bring clarity in a fast-paced, growing environment.
