Beschrijving van de functie
As an successful Product Specialist - Surgical instruments - BeLux, you will have the following responsibilities:
* Develop a strong product knowledge on the customized surgical instruments pack coupled with strong knowledge on the Operating room practices
* Act as main point of contact for all clinical & technical questions regarding the customized surgical instruments pack
* Organize clinical workshops and Operating Room & sterilization reviews to improve products efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* Coordinate and implement clinical evaluations for surgical procedures, customized surgical instruments pack, and sterilization processes.
* Assist in the Operating room to share best practices & tips&tricks on the customized surgical instruments pack
* Provide training on the utilization on the customized surgical instruments pack to surgeons & nurses
* Collaborate with the Account Managers to boost growth : identify business opportunities & ensure sales conversations with existing accounts or prospects
* Collaborate with the manufacturing plant to propose changes and improvements on the customized surgical instruments pack
* Collaborate with internal teams by providing clinical input to support tender processes
Jouw profiel
As an successful Product Specialist - Surgical instruments - BeLux, you will have the following profile:
* Bachelor or Master Degree in (para-) medical fields
* Previous experiences as a nurse is mandatory, ideally as a Operating Room nurse
* Strong knowledge of operating room techniques, sterilization practices, and infection control
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Commercial mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities, previous sales experience is a plus.
* Fluent in Dutch and French with a good level in English.
* Ability & willingness to travel in Belgium, Luxembourg and North of France
