Our agile and autonomous team manages the entire investment life cycle, from acquisition to resale, as well as the day-to-day management of our properties, covering administrative, commercial, and technical aspects.
As part of our growth, we are looking for a Sales Marketing Executive, committed and versatile, eager to play a key role in the performance of the Acquisition department.
Your role
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to develop the commercial pipeline.
Track business opportunities, organize meetings, and help prioritize the actions of the Acquisition team.
Ensure the reliability and strategic use of the CRM to provide a clear view of the pipeline and performance.
Prepare, structure, and pre-analyze investment files based on in-depth research.
Accelerate sales cycles through rigorous and efficient administrative support up to closings.
Actively contribute to growth through marketing campaigns and commercial materials.
Participate in BLACKREIT's business development and brand visibility by organizing events and targeted networking initiatives.
Your profile
Perfectly bilingual in French and Dutch.
Experience in a similar role (ideally in real estate, banking, or investment).
Excellent organizational skills and strong experience in follow-up and CRM tools.
Autonomous, well-structured, and results-oriented.
