Key Responsibilities
* Act as the single point of accountability for end-to-end delivery across a cluster of multiple Agile squads.
* Structure, plan, track, and de-risk the delivery of complex epics and features, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
* Coordinate and synchronize work across squads, proactively managing dependencies, risks, and impediments.
* Monitor delivery progress using Agile metrics (burn-up/burn-down, velocity, risks) and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders.
* Ensure adherence to Agile frameworks, delivery standards, and regulatory or governance requirements.
* Coach and mentor Scrum Masters and squad members, promoting Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
* Facilitate cluster-level Agile ceremonies (e.g. Scrum of Scrums, planning, refinement, delivery boards).
* Foster collaboration, transparency, and accountability across teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Mandatory Experience & Skills
* Minimum 10 years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Mastery, or Agile program/cluster-level roles.
* Proven experience delivering complex digital or IT initiatives in a scaled Agile environment.
* Strong background in project delivery, stakeholder management, priority management, and risk & issue management.
* Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior leadership, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
* Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, governance, processes, and delivery standards.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess dependencies, risks, and delivery trade-offs.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, coach, and align diverse stakeholders.
