As part of a major transformation program within a leading insurance company, we are looking for a Business Analyst to support life insurance migration and business change initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead business analysis activities related to life insurance policy migration projects
* Analyze differences between source and target systems (products & processes)
* Gather, define, and document business requirements
* Assess impacts of migration on business processes
* Act as a bridge between Business & IT teams
* Prepare and execute functional and calculation tests
* Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Operations, Business, Distribution)
* Build strong stakeholder relationships
Your Profile:
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
* Strong experience in the life insurance sector (mandatory)
* Solid knowledge of individual life insurance products & processes
* Experience in migration projects (strong asset)
* Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Excellent communication skills (Business & IT)
* Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
* Dutch is a plus
* Degree in Mathematics or equivalent experience preferred
