* Conduct and coordinate risk analyses across operations and technical activities
* Prepare and coordinate Safety Reports, with a key regulatory deadline by the end of the year
* Lead and manage HAZOP-related risk analysis processes and ensure proper follow-up of actions
* Implement and monitor the SWAVR plan and related improvement initiatives
* Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare the organization for government inspections while coordinating safety activities across technical teams, maintenance and external contractors
* Proven experience in HSE / QHSE management within a SEVESO environment is a must
* Strong expertise in risk analysis methodologies, including HAZOP
* Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and safety reporting requirements
* Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders including operations, maintenance and external contractors
* Hands-on and pragmatic approach with strong communication and organizational skills
