Brussels, Belgium As a Senior Adoption Coach, you will play a key role in supporting and accelerating the adoption of Power Platform tools across the organization. You'll act as both a mentor and technical guide, helping citizen developers harness the full potential of low-code solutions while ensuring best practices and governance are followed. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting and guiding the adoption program for low-code citizen developers. Acting as a coach and mentor, helping users leverage Power Automate, Power Apps, AI Hub, Copilot Studio, and the broader Power Platform effectively. Designing and implementing learning paths and educational materials tailored to different user levels. Writing articles and documentation in French or Dutch to promote knowledge sharing and build a vibrant low-code community. Organizing and delivering training sessions, workshops, and presentations to empower end-users. Your Profile Native knowledge of French or Dutch, with an active knowledge of the other (understanding, speaking, and writing technical documentation). Active knowledge of English (understanding, speaking, and writing technical documentation). Strong functional expertise with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner, To Do, Forms, Stream, Bookings, etc.). Good working knowledge of: Microsoft Power Automate Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse) AI Hub (AI Builder) Microsoft Copilot Studio Power Pages Proven experience in writing articles or knowledge content in French or Dutch for end-user audiences. Confident presenter, able to lead workshops or classroom-style training independently. Strong coaching and communication skills, with empathy and patience when guiding non-technical users.
