Customer Care Analyst Your next challenge You are the first point of contact for our merchants, managing incoming interactions with professionalism, collecting feedback when needed, and staying on top of your own action and email backlog. What you'll be doing: Handles incoming interactions respecting guidelines Generates clients feedback when needed Manages own backlog of actions/e-mails Work Experience Requirements: First experience in Customer Care or possibly as receptionist or personal assistant Languages: French & Dutch. A good level of English is a plus.
