We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join an international operations team within the energy sector.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating operational activities, solving day-to-day issues, and contributing to process improvements across different teams.
You will play a key role in supporting operational workflows, customer-related processes, billing data preparation, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you’ll be doing:
• Managing and monitoring operational requests and internal case flows
• Supporting contracting and customer-related administrative processes
• Preparing and validating data for billing activities
• Participating in testing and implementation of new tools and processes
• Tracking incidents, KPIs, and operational performance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams in an international environment
What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience in operations, customer support, administration, or similar roles
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Comfortable working with Excel and handling data
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills in English and Spanish
• Experience with CRMs or operational tools is a plus
