We are seeking a Managing Director to oversee the growth and expansion of the business across both Belgium and The Netherlands with an established office in Antwerp and the desire to open to an operation out of Rotterdam.
The ideal candidate will excel in both strategic and executional areas in order to implement initiatives to better the organization. In order to succeed, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on a range of responsibilities including hiring and training, implementing programs, and acting as the leader for the organization across the region.
Help lead efforts to launch the business across new areas and grow the organization
Ensure that you have full oversight and management of the Profit/Loss
Full P&L management
If you have a Team that would come with you this would be very beneficial specifically if they come from a sales background
