As an HSE Officer at Vulcain Engineering Belgium, you will work on industrial projects during the construction phase.
ABOUT THE ROLE :
Ensure an active and visible presence on siteMonitor contractors' compliance with HSE rules and proceduresParticipate in risk assessments and the development of action plansConduct inspections, audits, and safety walksContribute to the preparation and follow-up of Specific Health & Safety Plans (PPSS)Take part in safety meetings and toolbox talksRaise awareness among teams and promote a proactive safety cultureReport incidents and near-misses, and ensure corrective actions are implemented
ABOUT YOU :
Certified Prevention Advisor Level 2 (CP2)Field experience in industrial or technical construction environmentsStrong observation skills and analytical mindsetAssertive and able to address non-compliance issuesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsTeam player with a solution-oriented mindset
