This mission is part of the P2mo department within the Infrastructure division, focusing on project management excellence—especially around risk, schedule, and quality.Location: Brussels (Onsite with limited telework possible)Contract Type: CDI or Freelance Start Date: ASAP Languages: Fluent Dutch & French required + working knowledge of EnglishResponsibilitiesGovern and manage the full risk management process across key infrastructure projectsEnsure Risk Management Plan procedures are implemented and respectedOrganize and lead Risk Management meetingsReport on program-level risks and communicate findings across teamsAudit EPC contractors' risk activities and share relevant insightsTrack, log, and assess risks using appropriate toolsLead simulations (including Monte Carlo) to evaluate cost and schedule impactsProvide expert input to project stakeholders on risk best practicesUpdate and improve risk methodologies and the existing Risk Management PlanRequirementsUniversity degree in a technical or economic fieldStrong project management background and ability to learn fastSolid knowledge of risk management tools, techniques, and simulationsFamiliarity with PMI/PMBOK methodologies is a plusExperience with large infrastructure projects; high voltage transmission experience is a strong assetFluent in Dutch and French, with good knowledge of EnglishExcellent communication skills and proactive mindsetStrong interviewing and stakeholder engagement abilitiesHelp shape the future of energy infrastructure by applying your expertise where it matters most.
