NextLink Solutions is seeking a Junior Scrum Master to support a 12-month mission in the vibrant city of Bruxelles, Belgium. Responsibilities: Facilitate and coach Agile Scrum teams by leading key ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) while ensuring the effective application of Scrum methodology across projects. Support the Product Owner and Project Team in backlog management, sprint execution, Definition of Done (DoD) delivery, and continuous improvement to maximise project outcomes and team performance. Act as a servant leader by removing obstacles, protecting the team from internal and external distractions, promoting self-organisation, and fostering a collaborative, results-oriented Agile culture. Monitor project progress through Agile metrics and reporting tools (e.g. Jira), manage risks and issues, and serve as an ambassador of Agile best practices within the organisation. Requirements 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master or in an Agile environment, with strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Agile delivery practices, and project management methodologies. Proven ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support Product Backlog management, track team velocity/capacity, and use Agile reporting tools such as Jira to ensure smooth project delivery. Strong coaching and servant leadership mindset, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams, remove impediments, encourage self-organization, and foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with sound English proficiency and at least one local language, combined with a proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented approach in a hybrid working environment (50% onsite / 50% remote).
