Sales Manager – Urology

Belgium & Luxembourg | Medical Devices | Capital & Consumables

A fast-growing and highly innovative medical technology company is looking for an entrepreneurial Sales Manager – Urology to build and develop its urology business across Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

This is a rare opportunity to shape and lead a market from the ground up, leveraging a strong installed base and excellent reputation within gastroenterology and surgical departments.

If you are a driven medtech sales professional who enjoys creating markets, building clinical relationships, and delivering growth, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.

You will take ownership of the urology business across Belgium and Luxembourg, developing and executing a regional strategy to introduce and grow an innovative surgical technology platform.

Working closely with clinical stakeholders and internal teams, you will establish the company as a trusted partner for urologists and hospital decision-makers, driving both capital equipment placements and recurring consumable revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a strategic plan to launch and grow the urology portfolio in the region
* Identify and prioritise target hospitals, clinics, and key accounts
* Drive product adoption through structured account penetration plans
* Build a strong pipeline from clinical evaluation through to commercial adoption
* Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, demonstrations, evaluations, tenders, negotiation, and closing
* Achieve and exceed regional sales targets
* Establish long-term partnerships that drive recurring disposable revenue
* Build strong relationships with urologists, department heads, theatre managers, procurement teams, and hospital leadership
* Identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the region
* Support clinical education and product training initiatives
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and reimbursement dynamics
* Provide structured feedback to marketing and leadership teams
* Support regional pricing and go-to-market strategies

What We're Looking For:

* 5+ years medical device sales experience, ideally in urology
* Proven success launching new technologies or entering new markets
* Experience selling capital equipment and consumables
* Strong understanding of hospital procurement and tender processes in Belgium and Luxembourg
* French and Dutch speaking is essential required. English required
