* Oversee escalations to 2nd and 3rd line support and ensure prompt issue resolution

* Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution

* Maintain customer satisfaction and NPS through proactive engagement and quality assurance

* Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Field Operations Services

* Drive revenue growth and cost management through data-driven insights and strategic planning

* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, change management, and employee engagement

Requirements:

* Strong experience in Service Management and team leadership
