As Managing Director, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the company. You will combine strategic vision with hands-on execution to optimize performance, drive business development, and align the team around shared objectives.You will play a key role in structuring the organization, improving processes, and identifying new growth opportunities.

Develop a 360° vision of the company and its key challengesOversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and performance, monitor KPIs (sales, customer satisfaction, working capital, service quality...)Implement process improvements and efficiency gainsManage supplier relationships : negotiate terms, maintain partnerships, and develop brandsIdentify and develop new partnerships and business opportunities with promising suppliersMaintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and major accountsOversee the company's financial performance and provide regular reports to the BoardActively participate in external growth projects and potential acquisitions

+10 years of leadership and operational management experience in SMEsProven leadership : ability to collaborate, empower, and motivate diverse teamsProactive, results-driven, and problem-solving mindsetComfortable with digital tools and technology ; hands-on tools knowledge is a plusTrilingual in French, Dutch, and English
