SAP Account ManagerTo support the growth of its commercial activities in Belgium, SOA People is expanding its Sales team and is looking for several SAP Sales Executives to develop both SAP services and proprietary SAP solutions.
Your roleAs an SAP Account Manager, you play a central role in building customer relationships and driving revenue growth. You identify new opportunities, develop long-term partnerships and actively contribute to the positioning of SAP consultants, freelancers and SAP solutions.Depending on your profile, your focus will be:SAP Services: selling consulting services and placing internal consultants and freelancersSolutions & Products: selling SOA People's proprietary SAP solutions and add-onsYou work closely with delivery, recruitment and management teams to ensure fast, high-quality and customer-oriented responses.
Your responsibilitiesDevelop and manage a portfolio of SAP customers in BelgiumIdentify, qualify and develop new business opportunitiesUnderstand customer needs and propose tailored SAP solutionsPosition internal SAP consultants and freelancers on customer assignmentsNegotiate commercial terms and close dealsPromote SOA People proprietary SAP solutions (depending on the role)Collaborate with delivery, recruitment and sales management teamsBuild long-term customer relationshipsContribute to commercial strategy and market intelligenceProactively report on activities and results
Your profileProven experience in IT / SAP services sales or software solutions salesStrong knowledge of the SAP ecosystemResults-driven mindset with strong business development skillsExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesAbility to understand technical and business challengesAutonomous, proactive and team-orientedFluent in English, French and Dutch
