Job Title: Regional Sales Growth Manager
Role Summary:
This challenging role involves leading a team of sales professionals in the Benelux region to achieve regional sales targets. As a seasoned sales leader, you will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with regional customers, identifying new customer prospects, and developing strategic sales plans to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets
- Lead a team of sales professionals in the Benelux region
- Maintain and nurture relationships with regional customers
- Identify new customer prospects and develop strategic sales plans to drive growth
- Collaborate with internal resources such as Sales Support and Project Management to ensure a smooth and successful sales journey
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with direct sales in the metal sheet or capital machinery industries, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in electro-mechanical engineering
- Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales targets and market development in the capital machinery sector
- Proficient in task and project management, with basic PC skills (CRM software, Excel, PowerPoint, BI Tools)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluent Dutch & French, and a good level of English
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and strategic prospecting skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to travel a minimum of 80% of the time within the specific region, with occasional travel outside the region
