We are currently looking for a Support Manager End User to strengthen the Cronos Europa team. The role involves supporting IT security service management, assisting users, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and operational efficiency.
Location: Brussels / Luxembourg (Hybrid possible).
Duration: Short-term contract (6-9 months, exact duration to be confirmed).
Responsibilities
Support IT Security service portfolio activities, including publications, training, community management, coaching, and reporting
Handle service requests via the ticketing system and other user touchpoints
Act as the main point of contact for internal clients regarding the service catalogue and associated tools
Develop and maintain the team's knowledge management area
Support the development and maintenance of data analytics solutions
Draft documentation related to the IT Security environment
Participate in workshops and meetings with stakeholders
Contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of new services
Collaborate with business analysts, project leaders, users, and developers
Profile
Experience in IT Security support and service coordination
Familiarity with Agile methodology and ITIL best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ServiceNow, Jira, SharePoint, Confluence
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
