Business Analyst – Complaints Management Platform (UML/BPMN/ArchiMate) – Freelance
A customer of ours in the non-profit sector is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the international rollout and improvement of an internal platform for managing consumer complaints. This is a long-term freelance opportunity with strategic visibility across multiple countries.
They are entering the next phase of development for this platform and need a hands-on analyst with strong modelling skills, stakeholder engagement capabilities, and ideally a background in product management to help shape the roadmap and drive adoption.
This is an international project involving coordination across several European entities.
Role:
* Gather and analyse business needs from multiple countries and business units
* Translate functional requirements into clear UML and BPMN diagrams
* Support rollout and adoption of the tool across new markets
* Collaborate closely with IT, product owners, and operations teams
* Help define and prioritise product features, contributing to the roadmap
* Maintain alignment between business requirements and technical architecture (ArchiMate is a plus)
* Assist with testing, validation, and go-live support
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software/digital environments
* Solid knowledge of UML and BPMN; ArchiMate familiarity is a strong asset
* Product management or agile delivery experience is a strong plus
* Fluent in English; Dutch speaking is a bonus
