Agile Product Owner (KYC) We are looking for an Agile Product Owner with expertise in KYC (Know Your Customer) to support regulatory and digital transformation initiatives. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, you will ensure that business requirements are translated into clear, value-driven solutions aligned with compliance needs. Responsibilities Define, prioritize, and manage the Product Backlog according to business and regulatory priorities. Build and maintain a clear product vision in line with strategic objectives. Write user stories and ensure full understanding by the development team. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives). Take ownership of decisions, arbitrating priorities to maximize business value. Ensure functional consistency and the quality of deliverables. Collaborate closely with business, IT, and compliance teams to integrate KYC requirements. Required experience / knowledge Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment. Strong knowledge of banking/financial services with proven KYC / AML expertise. Previous experience in regulatory or transformation projects. Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience with budget management and project follow-up. Soft skills Strategic mindset with the ability to keep a helicopter view. Strong analytical and structured thinking. Persuasive communication and stakeholder management skills. Quality-oriented and detail-minded. Goal-driven and adaptable to change. Natural leadership and team spirit. Languages Fluent in English. Knowledge of French or Dutch is an asset.
