Responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team. Maximize the company's bookings and sales while maintaining an acceptable level of customer service.

Processes complex orders. Responds to customer requests and questions regarding technical topics, large or complex service, products and accounts. Analyzes and consider customer concerns using established procedures.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

1. Handles tasks of all divisional products, independently. Including complex tasks like projects. What means on time order entry, order follow up, invoicing and achieving.

2. Is responsible for complex incoming sales orders delivered on time and first level of escalation according to specification. Decide for special transport when required. Provide full support to the documentation team when requested.

3. Function as project manager for small projects

4. Provides full administration of the contracts, so other departments can build on this.

5. Maintain functional contacts with supervisors & managers, other internal departments, internal suppliers and customers to produced proposals

6. Is capable of handling special assignments such as credit notes and incorrect or damaged shipments.

7. Coordination and coaching of other Inside Sales Engineers (to set up correct quotes to book orders)

8. Build and maintain relationships with international back offices

9. Regularly updates in sales administration tools as Oracle e Business Site

10. Performs in accordance with the relevant Emerson procedures like ethics and trade compliance regulations.

For This Role, You Will Need:

11. At least years relevant experience in Customer Administration

12. Verbal and written communication skills fluent in Dutch or French and English

13. Computer Literate (MS Office, with excellent knowledge of Excel)

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

14. Familiar with industries and products similar to Emerson

15. Advanced level of telephone and complaints handling skills
