organized, structured and stress-free
, so artists can focus on creating great art instead of dealing with administration.
Today, Tattoogenda operates as a
B2B platform
used by studios across the
US, Thailand, Bali, Belgium, the Netherlands, the UK, Italy and more
.
In a second phase, Tattoogenda will evolve into a
B2C platform
, allowing customers to book tattoo appointments through
AI-driven agents
.
The Role
As co-founder focused on
Growth & Sales
, you will be responsible for
growing our client base
and proving a scalable acquisition model.
This includes, but is not limited to:
* Digital outreach
* Sales calls and demos
* Building partnerships
* Experimenting with acquisition channels and strategies
* Designing and iterating on sales & marketing funnels
You will have full ownership over how this is approached.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means:
* Designing and executing a
repeatable sales & marketing flow
* Generating a
consistent stream of new subscribers
* Reaching a target of
10–15 new subscribers per month
Once this flow is validated, we will be in a strong position to
approach investors and scale further
.
You will be hands-on and execute your own strategies until the concept is proven.
Profile We're Looking For
* Proven experience in
sales and/or growth
* Strong interest in, or affinity with, the
tattoo industry
* Experience building sales pipelines and running experiments (A/B testing, messaging, channels)
* Creative, autonomous thinker
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The Process
We start with a
trial collaboration period
(± 3 months) focused on building and validating the sales pipeline.
If the results are there new subscribers per month), we move forward with:
* A
co-founder role
* Clear responsibilities
* An
equity stake of up to 10%
