Your missions
* Preparation of administrative documents.
* Sales document layout.
* Participation in promotional events and customer activities.
* Customer reception.
* Processing mail (paper & electronic).
* Organization and booking of travel.
* Management of certificates, official documents, legal compliance and insurance.
* Supplier negotiation.
* Management of offices, equipment, access and maintenance. ("Facility management")
* Miscellaneous purchases (products, services, merchandise).
* Subscription management.
* Inventory counts and reporting

Work Context
* Frequent travel and client meetings.
* Work under sometimes tight deadlines, requiring rigor and resistance to stress.
* Representation of the company and interface between customers and internal teams.
* Active participation in quality procedures and proposals for continuous improvement.
* Compliance with the company's communication and ethics standards.
