Commercial Director
Main accountabilities:
* Definition of growth strategy;
* Develop sales together with the team in Belgium and ensure strong growth towards predominantly midmarket;
* Manage/coach the sales team;
* Be the main driver behind reaching new business objectives;
* Report efficiently into international structure.
Profile requirements:
* Successful professional experience (over 8 years) in sales management within software/technology sector; experienced in solution selling;
* Preferable knowledge of business processes and Cloud ;
* Strong people management and leadership skills;
* Fluent in French, Dutch & English;
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
